The Pinot grape, once associated with the Burgundy region of France is now equally at home on the hills of northeast Italy. There, the misty cool nights near the Adriatic and days of warm Italian sun combine to produce ideal conditions for the fussy Pinot.

Yields are restricted and selected bunches are gently crushed. The juice is fermented cool and matured in French oak, then aged in traditional “French lip” Burgundy shape bottles resulting in consistent top quality Pinot wines at a fraction of the price of corresponding wines from Burgundy.
