SAN GIUSEPPE
SPARKLING PROSECCO RECIPES
BELLINI
1 part Fresh Peach Puree
2 parts San Giuseppe Prosecco
Puree ripe peaches in a blender and spoon into flute glass. Top with chilled San Giuseppe Prosecco.
APEROL SPRITZ
1 1/2 oz Aperol Orange Liqueur
2 oz. chilled San Guiseppe Prosecco
Splash of seltzer
Add ice to wine glass. Pour Aperol into glass. Add chilled San Guiseppe Prosecco. Top with a splash of seltzer. Garnishwith a slice of orange.
PROSECCO SPARKLER
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters (or more if desired)
1/2 cup chilled San Giuseppe Prosecco
1 sugar cube
Add bitters and San Guiseppe Prosecco to flute glass. Drop in sugar cube.
POINSETTIA
1/2 oz. Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
San Guiseppe Prosecco
3 oz. cranbery juice
Chill all ingredients in advance. Pour the Cointreau and cranberry juice into a chilled flute glass. Stir well. Top with San Giuseppe Prosecco.
PROSECCO SANGRIA
1 peach (pitted and cut into wedges)
1 nectarine (pitted and cut into wedges)
3 apricots (pitted and cut into wedges)
5 oz. peach brandy
1 bottle San Giuseppe Prosecco, chilled
1 cup peach nectar
In a pitcher, combine peach, nectarine and apricots. Stir in brandy and let stand at least one hour. Stir in San Giuseppe Prosecco and peach nectar. Refrigerate until well chilled.
